All administrative fees plus VAT will be deducted.

On or after the check-in date:

We regret that refunds are not available if the cancellation occurs on or after the scheduled check-in date.

Returns Policy
Refund requests are processed within 3 to 7 business days from the date of approval.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for booking.
